Policy

~All payments must be made before work is completed

~If we are unable to access your property for any reason, such as a locked gate, your clean will not be completed, please ensure gates are unlocked, or provide us an alternative access method

~If we are unable to complete your clean due to adverse weather conditions, such as severe snow or thunderstorms, your clean will be rearranged to an alternate date and you will be notified

~Any dog left unattended in the garden must be friendly in nature, as we will be unable to clean any gardens with aggressive unattended dogs for our own safety

Data protection

We follow all data protection laws and you will be given a copy of these in writing on our first visit to your property.
